We are close to our customers

We provide our customers – whether private households or industrial players – with a reliable supply of electricity, heating energy, gas and drinking water. One of our key competitive advantages is our proximity to our customers.

Green energy for all of our customers

Ever more customers are opting for energy generated in environmentally-friendly ways. To account for this, we offer a broad range of products satisfying ecological standards to private, commercial and industrial customers alike. These range from green electricity and biogas to environmentally-friendly district heating produced using cogeneration.

We see the innovative range of sales and services we offer as a nationwide energy supplier to industrial, commercial, multi-location and real estate customers – such as those offered via our Electricity/Gas Energy Fund products – as harbouring great competitive opportunities.

Attractive alternative – direct marketing

Marketing the electricity generated from wind and solar power directly is one way to make investments in ecological generation attractive. Not only that, direct marketing brings renewable energies closer to the market, thus stabilising the overall energy system. As our Group has the necessary expertise in its key account customer sales and energy trading business, we are able to exploit the economic advantages offered by the market premium model and to generate higher revenues than under the EEG feed-in compensation scheme.

Energy-related services: Smart solutions for industrial, commercial and real estate companies

Our group of companies is one of Germany’s largest providers of energy-related services. We acted early already to develop smart, efficient solutions for our customers in a variety of sectors. Our focus is on projects and measures aimed at enhancing efficiency and optimising energy use at industrial, commercial and real estate customers, as well as on operating industrial parks.
