Michael Class leaves Juwi

After around five years at the head of the Juwi Group’s Executive Board, Michael Class is now leaving the company at his own request to tackle a new professional challenge.

This was communicated by the company in Wörrstadt on Monday. “His expertise and broad-based experience of the energy industry enabled him to make a key contribution to the further development of the company over this period”, commented Dr. Georg Müller, Chairman of Juwi’s Supervisory Board, and expressed his regret about the decision. “We would like to thank Michael Class for what he has achieved on behalf of our group of companies and to express our great appreciation. We wish him all the very best and every success for his future.”

According to Müller, Juwi had sustainably boosted both the traditional project development business and the economically viable and sustainable growth of other business units over this period. “They were intensive and successful years in which we achieved a great deal with a fantastic team and laid foundations for the future”, added Michael Class. Until further notice, the Juwi Group will be managed by the Executive Board members Stephan Hansen and Dr. Stephan Küssner.
