MVV Enamic GmbH
Dirk Ebert joined the management of MVV Enamic GmbH in April 2017. He is responsible for the “Operations” division at which the subgroup’s technical and commercial functions are pooled. A graduate in electrical engineering, he previously worked for dtms Converting Communications GmbH in Mainz, where he held management positions in sales and in recent years acted as Managing Director of the “Operations” division. Dirk Ebert is also Managing Director of MVV EnergySolutions GmbH.
Dr. Ferdinand Höfer has joined MVV Enamic GmbH as Managing Director of in 2019.
Dr. Höfer has been head of the Controlling division at MVV Energie AG since 2017. Prior to that, he was Head of Group and Business Area Controlling and prior to that also Head of Investment Controlling at MVV.
Dr. Ferdinand Höfer studied business administration at the University of Regensburg and the University of Dublin and earned his doctorate at the Institute of Business Administration at the University of Augsburg (Chair of Auditing and Controlling).
After completing his studies, he worked for PriceWaterhouseCoopers in auditing as well as in various management controlling functions within the EnBW Group.
Within the management board of MVV Enamic GmbH, he is responsible for finance and controlling of the business unit.
Dr. Joachim Hofmann is Managing Director of MVV Enamic GmbH and MVV EnergySolutions GmbH.
Before that, he worked at the SAG Group, a leading manufacturer-independent service and system supplier for energy grids and systems, heading the pipeline construction division from March 2009 onwards. Joachim Hofmann studied electrical energy technology in Darmstadt, receiving his doctorate from the Institute for Electrical Energy Supply. After this, he held senior positions for many years at the RWE Group, most recently as Director of Sales/Technology at Süwag Energie AG.
At MVV Enamic GmbH, Joachim Hofmann is responsible for the sales and technology departments.
