Within the management team at MVV Trading GmbH, Dr. Thies Langmaack has been responsible for the Back Office and Commercial Affairs division since July 2016. A graduate in industrial engineering at Goethe University in Frankfurt am Main in 2004, he subsequently obtained a doctorate in commercial IT. Having worked in controlling at Lufthansa AG, Lorenz Bahlsen GmbH and Bartec GmbH, from 2010 Dr. Langmaack then acted as Director of Group Controlling and Reporting at Mainova AG in Frankfurt.

Within the management of MVV Trading GmbH, Dr. Jan Brübach has been responsible for the Market division since April 2024. The engineer has held leading positions at the Essen-based chemicals group Evonik Industries AG since 2013, most recently as Head of Energy Trading and Portfolio Management. Prior to this, he held responsible positions at the predecessor company of today's Entega AG, HEAG Südhessische Energie AG, in Darmstadt.
